Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in providing technical support and assistance to end-users and exposure to IT infrastructure management. The IT Support Engineer Intern will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot issues, deploy solutions, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or person.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and respond to IT support tickets and requests on time.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assisted in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and peripherals.
• Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with Windows or macOS operating systems.
• Basic Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a professional IT environment.
