About The Role
Our client is looking for a graduate mechanical engineer intern to join their team, with excellent motivation & work ethic for a mechanical design & FEA analysis role.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the team to develop all project designs with the opportunity to provide big-picture concepts and design ideas.
- Produce conceptual design drawings, detailed & accurate 3D models and drawings for manufacture.
- Deliver detailed FEA analysis reports and efficient, cost-effective, sustainable design solutions.
- Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service and partner for design decisions.
Requirements:
- A degree in mechanical engineering, with a high level of understanding of structural analysis and FEA
- Experience with drafting software with CAD – SolidWorks 3D/FEA simulation experience an advantage
- High-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to build excellent customer and team relationships
- Adaptability to new systems, strong attention to detail, and proven track record of meeting deadlines
- A thirst for knowledge and development, with a highly dedicated work ethic
